Johnny Nasty Boots is a Los Angeles-based rock artist originally from Mexico City who brings the roots of the psychedelic and blues sounds of the 60’s and 70’s to the present day, creating an exciting, energetic and modern sound that resulted in his single Deadline becoming Reactor 105.7 FM‘s (Mexico City’s #1 rock station) song of the year.

His debut album was recorded at Sonic Ranch (Texas), produced by Grammy winner Yunuen Viveros & mastered at Vlado Meller by Jeremy Lubsey. With 6 singles fromtheir debut & a live album “Hollywood Affair / Live At The Whisky A Go Go” that was recorded at the iconic venue during their 2019 tour, Johnny Nasty Boots is well-known in the underground LA & Mexican Rock scene.

After moving to LA in 2022, he’s ready to release a new EP he’s been working on. The self produced songs were recorded with Grammy winner Mark Rains (Marilyn Manson,Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Tanya Tucker) at Station House, mixed by AlainJohannes (Queens of the Stone Age, Them Crooked Vultures, Chris Cornell, ArcticMonkeys), and mastered again with Jeremy Lubsey at Vlado Meller.
